DIAMOND PULSE-TECH core drilling system

DIAMOND PULSE-TECH (DPT) is a new drilling system, developed from scratch,

to enable advanced hybrid drilling

Hybrid core drill with micro-percussion, to enable:

– Advanced dry drilling, with a standard wet drilling, by keeping the segments sharped, clear from dust

– Advanced wet drilling, with increased drilling speed compared to standard wet drilling

The diamond core bit rotates and simultaneously performs a hammering action on the

material to be drilled, this action is commonly called “MICRO-PERCUSSION”.

You can drill any type of construction material including reinforced concrete, dry or, if you prefer, with water.

From a mínimum of 32 mm to a máximum of 252 mm, depending on the machine model you choose.

With DIAMOND PULSE-TECH you reduce drilling time compared to standard wet core

drilling.

The complete equipment consists of:

– An industrial dust extractor, when dry drilling;

– For dry drilling: diamond core bits specifically developed for DPT machines;

– For wet drilling: diamond core bits for standard and advanced wet drilling;

– Anchoring fixing bolt, to ensure stability and protection of the operator;

It Is an hybrid system because you can drill in different ways: wet without micro-percussion, wet with micro-percussion, dry with micro-percussion,.
