W-WT casings
Casing tubes are auxiliary elements usually necessary for the proper execution of a drilling.
Its use is essential when the soil is unstable or when there are mud losses during the drilling.
It is very important to note that casing tubes are not suitable for drilling. Their mission is to keep the walls of the hole.
The casings of the W and WT series have a large wall thickness to give, as a result, great rigidity of the tubes. These casings are particularly suitable for casing holes made with wire line system.
In the bottom of the drill string, a casing shoe or a casing bit is placed.
In cases where drilling has been very clean and do not need to lower the casing using rotation, the casing shoe may be sharp bezel type. When it is necessary to lower the casing string using rotation, the casing shoe/ bit must be type T.C. or Diamond.
